Manual Therapies
Cupping - The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow and separate connective tissue. Cups are applied to the body using a pump and left on for a few minutes. Cups can also be lightly applied and slid along the length of a muscle to release adhesions.
Scraping - Also known as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation uses specially designed instruments to provide a mobilizing effect to muscles and fascia adhesions. These tools are used in a similar style to deep tissue massage but allow for more precise pressure.

I am a passionate Massage Therapist who finds great joy in helping people feel amazing, whether that be through aiding in muscle recovery, relieving pain or simply helping someone relax.

I trained at the Wellington School of Massage Therapy where I received a qualification in Therapeutic Massage. This encompasses Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Sports Massage. I have also studied different manual therapies including cupping and scraping (IASTM). I love using a combination of the techniques and styles I have learned to best fit a clients needs.

Currently I work from home, I am very lucky to have a fantastic massage room with external access at the front of the house.

Cancellation Policy
We all get busy, and I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation of your appointment may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, I kindly request 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy enables me to schedule another client in this time. If 24 hours notice isn’t given you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. If you simply do not show up, you will incur a fee equivalent to 75% of the booked appointment.
